Paul Vaughan’s days as a St George Illawarra Dragon are over, as his contract was torn up by the club after the major breach of Covid protocols by Vaughan and a number of Dragons players.
It drew the ire of NRL legend Mark Carroll, who was scathing in his attacks of the players involved, especially Jack de Belin.
“Jack de Belin, seriously, you just avoided lockup, now you’ve avoided lockdown,” said Carroll on NRL Tonight.
“I can’t believe what’s happening, seriously. Pull your head in.
“I’m more concerned about the impact these thick heads have had on the young and our society They’re supposed to be role models.
